From vegan tamales to creamy coconut curry, our menu is not only just inspired by the bold and vibrant flavors of Mexico, but there will also be elements of dishes from around the world – all made with love and care.
 
But that’s not all – we also love to indulge our sweet tooth with guilt-free desserts and treats. Monse’s passion for inventing new healthy desserts and sweet treats means that every day is an opportunity to savor something delicious and indulgent without compromising on health.
 
We also work closely with local farmers and suppliers to source the highest quality produce, ensuring that every meal we prepare is not only delicious, but also sustainable and environmentally responsible.
 
We know that a rigorous 17-day yoga teaching training course can be intense both physically and mentally, which is why we take great care to incorporate the right nutrients into our dishes. Our menu is designed to fuel and nourish your body, providing the energy and sustenance you need to stay focused, centered, and grounded throughout the course.

Meet Monse, the culinary artist and visionary shaping our delicious meals and meticulously curated menus packed with essential nutrition. Trained at a prestigious culinary school in Veracruz, Monse brings her passion for plant-based, vegan cuisine to every meal. Rooted in tradition and sprinkled with creativity, her inventive dishes are a celebration of flavors and a testament to the art of nurturing and satisfying both body and senses.

In addition to her culinary talents, Monse is passionate about experimentation and constantly explores new flavors, ingredients, and techniques in the kitchen. Her love of baking and pastry-making extends to creating healthy and delightful treats. She believes in making healthy eating a joyous experience and embraces making desserts that are not only nutritious but also guilt-free indulgences, adding a touch of sweetness to every dining experience.

Meet Elihud, our talented and warm-hearted chef, whose love for cooking is a journey that began in the vibrant culinary traditions of Veracruz, Mexico. This is where he later went on to study the art of culinary and met his culinary counterpart & life partner, Monse.

He is particularly skilled at creating dishes that blend traditional Mexican flavors with contemporary techniques and ingredients, resulting in a menu that is both inventive and rooted in tradition.
