Trained at a prestigious culinary school in Veracruz, Monse brings her passion for plant-based, vegan cuisine to every meal. Rooted in tradition and sprinkled with creativity, her inventive dishes are a celebration of flavors and a testament to the art of nurturing and satisfying both body and senses.
In addition to her culinary talents, Monse is passionate about experimentation and constantly explores new flavors, ingredients, and techniques in the kitchen. Her love of baking and pastry-making extends to creating healthy and delightful treats. She believes in making healthy eating a joyous experience and embraces making desserts that are not only nutritious but also guilt-free indulgences, adding a touch of sweetness to every dining experience.

Meet Elihud, our talented and warm-hearted chef, whose love for cooking is a journey that began in the vibrant culinary traditions of Veracruz, Mexico. This is where he later went on to study the art of culinary and met his culinary counterpart & life partner, Monse.
He is particularly skilled at creating dishes that blend traditional Mexican flavors with contemporary techniques and ingredients, resulting in a menu that is both inventive and rooted in tradition.
