-All of the schools that we work with are licensed under Yoga Alliance and each Yoga Teacher Training program follows these guidelines. 

Paraiso Yoga

Narayani Cassini (E-RYT 500)

For over 20 years Nara’s focus and passion has been to teach yoga -teaching and sharing yoga is her lifestyle.

Nara is an experienced Yoga Alliance certified teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.  She has trained hundreds of students and burgeoning yogis with her RYS 200 program. She is known for her dynamic and energizing teaching style, which incorporates elements of meditation and breathwork into each flowing sequence. She is grateful for the opportunity to share the transformative power of yoga with her students and looks forward to guiding them on their own journey of self-discovery.

Nara exudes an optimistic and affirmative aura, which emanates from her strong bond with nature. Additionally, Nara has long roots and expertise in natural healing and spiritual awareness as a medicine woman.

She cherishes the benefits and power of cacao, and delights in incorporating it into her daily routine.

Acharya Satyamitrananda, Dada (E-RYT 500)

Dada is a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher with experience dating back to 1997. He will enrich our yoga teacher training program by offering engaging introduction classes on meditation through live calls, sharing his wealth of knowledge and wisdom.

His yoga journey led him through four years of intensive training, specializing in Raja Yoga, Rajadhiraja Yoga, and Tantra, culminating in his graduation as a Yoga Acharya in 2001.

Dada’s dedication to yoga education extends globally, as he annually conducts ‘Yoga Educators Conferences’ in Europe and Asia. His current focus lies in leading advanced yoga and meditation training programs worldwide, sharing his profound understanding and passion for these transformative practices.

Fabiola Sauri (E-RYT 500)

Fabiola Sauri, a passionate Yoga instructor whose transformative journey began in 2000 through Bhakti Yoga during a visit to Sai Baba’s ashram in India. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she approaches each class with love, laughter, and a commitment, cherishing the profound connections with her students.

Embracing the philosophy that we are all perpetual learners and teachers, Fabiola honors the life lessons offered by every encounter, viewing each person as a source of inspiration on the shared path of self-discovery. Known for her peaceful and devotional approach, she is a whole and beautiful human being who invites you to join her on the mat for an exploration of ancient wisdom and a celebration of joyful connections!

Sak Beh Yoga

Magali Rodríguez (E-RYT 500)

Magali is the radiant soul at the heart of our yoga family!
With over a decade of dedicated practice and a wealth of training, Magali brings a profound depth of knowledge to her teachings. Her journey began in 2011, and since then, she has earned beyond E-RYT 500 in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, and Kundalini practices. She’s also a certified Kundalini yoga instructor for children and holds certifications in Aerial Yoga, Prenatal, Postnatal Yoga, and Osho Active Meditations.

Magali’s classes are a sanctuary of mindfulness, where every pose, every breath, and every moment offers an opportunity for personal growth and self-discovery. Her deep connection to nature and Mexican culture infuses her teaching with a unique, soulful energy.

Beyond yoga, Magali shares the magic of cacao ceremonies and the transformative power of sound, creating immersive experiences that elevate your well-being.

Saul Avila

Saul, our dedicated spiritual guide and guardian of ancient cultural traditions and ceremonies.
After dedicating years to his training and spiritual development, Saul has honed his expertise in leading sacred rituals that connect us to the very essence of this land. From the intricate Welcome Ceremony, where we seek permission from the spirits of the land, to the transformative Temazcal Ceremony, Saul’s wisdom and guidance create a space of healing and renewal.

His deep-seated connection to the earth and its rhythms stems from his background in permaculture and eco-construction, making him a true steward of the environment. Saul’s profound knowledge of plants and their spiritual significance adds an extra layer of depth to our ceremonies, allowing you to connect with the healing power of nature in a meaningful way.

Your journey will be guided by Saul’s gentle wisdom and unwavering commitment to preserving and sharing the Mayan traditions. His presence adds a sacred dimension to our retreat, where ancient wisdom and modern seekers unite to experience the allure of the Mayan world.

Lina Muñoz Cifuentes (E-RYT 500)

Lina is a multifaceted healer and wellness educator whose passion for holistic health has led her on a transformative journey across continents.

Trained at the prestigious International Training Massage School in Thailand, Lina specializes in the nuanced Nuad Bo Rarn style of the Northern tradition, rooted in the ancient art of Traditional Thai Massage. Continuously expanding her skills, Lina has mastered advanced modalities like Lanna Thai Advanced Stretching Massage, Thai Reflexology, and the therapeutic application of Thai Herbal hot compresses. These techniques, rich in tradition and efficacy, form the foundation of her holistic healing approach.

Beyond massage therapy, Lina is a certified Watsu Wellness Practitioner, harnessing the healing power of water to promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. A dedicated yoga practitioner, and she teaches in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Prenatal Yoga, Vinyasa Krama Yoga, and Stott Pilates MatWork emphasizing on movement, mindfulness, and breathwork.

Driven by curiosity, Lina has explored diverse destinations such as Southeast Asia, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico, immersing herself in their cultures and healing traditions. Integrating indigenous wisdom into her holistic approach, she continues to refine her craft as a therapist.
